1. How soon will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a business day (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. How long does delivery take?

Once processed, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may be faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.


3. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via both email and WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


4. Can I add a gift message or special packaging?

At the moment, we don’t offer individual gift packaging or messages, except for bulk or corporate gifting orders. Please contact us for bulk order customization options.


5. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify your order (such as change of size or color) before it has been shipped. Contact us immediately with your order details, and we’ll assist you.


6. Do you offer special pricing for bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing and corporate gifting solutions. For details, contact us via email or WhatsApp. Our team will provide the best pricing and support.


7. Do you offer any product warranty?

No, we do not currently offer a separate product warranty beyond the return eligibility for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as described in our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently serve customers within India only.


9. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept multiple payment options, including:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Credit/Debit Cards

UPI

Wallets (such as PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

These will be available during checkout.


10. What is your return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns must be made within 3 days of delivery, and products must be unused with original tags and packaging. For eligible cases, you may choose refund or exchange. Evidence such as photos and an unboxing video is required to verify eligibility. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Refer to the full policy for details.
