SHIPPING POLICY

 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote and non-serviceable areas. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, ORANGE BAGS shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to orders below ₹999. Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India. Customers are required to provide accurate address and contact details and ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restriction of the COD facility for future orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a package is received in a damaged condition, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs along with an unboxing video for verification. In case of shipment loss during transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution as per investigation findings.
