CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed for shipping. To request cancellation, customers must contact ORANGE BAGS at orangebags.co@gmail.com or +91 9558539156 as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be acknowledged and processed within a reasonable period.
2. No Cancellation Charges
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, ORANGE BAGS will not impose any cancellation charges on customers cancelling their order after confirmation, unless similar charges would also be borne by ORANGE BAGS if it were to cancel the purchase order unilaterally for any reason.
3. Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer may instead follow the Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return for eligible products that are defective, incorrect, damaged, or not as described, subject to the terms of that policy.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before shipping, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe as per applicable Reserve Bank of India guidelines or other regulations governing payment refunds.
